随着我国物流体制的不断改革,我国电网企业中的配送管理逐渐走上集约化发展之路,这一情况给电网企业工作人员带来了很大困难,增加了工作难度。鉴于此,本文结合多年的电力物流经济配送管理方面的经验,分析了当前电力物流经济配送管理中存在的问题及其产生的具体原因,并对未来电力物流的发展进行了展望,期望在电网企业集约化物资采购基础上逐步完善物流经济配送体系,保证电网建设健康稳定地发展。
