目的:建立蔬菜、水果中20种有机磷农药多残留毛细管气相色谱分析方法。方法:样品经搅拌成匀浆后,利用乙腈直接萃取,浓缩,再通过HP-5毛细管柱,FPD气相色谱定性和定量。结果:20种有机磷农药分离效果好,在白菜、黄瓜、黄梨中的3个浓度添加水平,回收率为75.6%~113%,RSD为2.8%~17.4%;在HP-5毛细管柱上最低检出限为0.005~0.087 mg/kg,保留时间1.813~16.096 min之间。结论:方法操作简便快速,准确度和精密度高,成本低,适合蔬菜、水果中有机磷农药多残留检测分析。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 20 organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables and fruits by multi-residue capillary gas chromatography. Methods: The samples were homogenized by agitation, then directly extracted with acetonitrile, concentrated, and then passed through a HP-5 capillary column for qualitative and quantitative analysis by FPD gas chromatography. Results: The separation efficiency of 20 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides was good. The concentration of 20 organophosphorus pesticides in cabbage, cucumber and yellow pear was 75.6% -113% with RSD of 2.8% -17.4%. The lowest detection rate was on HP-5 capillary column The limit was 0.005 ~ 0.087 mg / kg, retention time was between 1.813 ~ 16.096 min. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise, and low in cost. It is suitable for the detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.
