关于外源性化学物和生物体生物节律间的相互关系的研究目前已引起人们的注意。在国外近年来这个领域的工作被谓之时间毒理学(Chronot-oxicology)所谓时间毒理学就是研究外源性有害因素对机体损害的时间特征,机体的时间感受性,毒物对生物节律的各种影响及其机制。然而,这方面的研究目前仅主要是研究昆虫对农药的敏感性的时间因素及为数不多的农药对人体影响的时间因素。我们通过初步的研究发现环磷酰胺(CP)长春新碱(VCR)诱发小鼠骨髓微核的时间节律。
