随着教育事业的不断发展,在新课标的背景之下,教师的专业发展是一项十分重要的任务。但是在一些边远贫困地区,由于各方面的条件都十分有限,因此在这些地区的高中英语教师当中,专业发展存在着十分严峻的问题,严重的影响了教学水平的提升。基于此,为了提升边远贫困地区高中英语的整体教学水平,实现呈现教育的均衡发展,应当注重教师的专业发展,充分认识到其中存在的问题,并且采取有效的对策加以解决,从而使边远贫困地区的学生也就能够享受到高质量的教育。
