1998年4月,公司再就业服务中心成立,2005年6月更名为员工交流安置中心。10年来,在公司的领导下,在交流安置中心领导班子的带领和管理人员的共同努力下,中心员工队伍整体稳定,公司外部人才招聘引进和内部员工交流工作有序推进,为公司的改革发展作出了应有的贡献。交流安置中心积极探索员工交流安置的有效方式,形成了“分层分类,网络化管理覆盖”的基本管理模式,并通过帮困送温暖、爱心工程等有效方式,重点关心和帮助各类困难职工,让员工感受到企业大家庭的温暖。国有企业要不断发展,必须解决深层次的矛盾和历史遗留问题。在员工交流安置中心组建10周年之际,我们刊登有关的三篇文章,以期让更多的人了解、关心并支持公司的员工交流安置工作。

On the 10th Anniversary of the Staff Exchange Center, we published three articles to help more people understand, care for and support the exchange of staff in the company.
