当前军队干部工资制度存在的问题是;工资总体水平偏低;体现军人职业特点较少;缺乏正常的增资机制;军地同类特殊行业人员待遇反差过大;各种工资关系不顺。文章结合军队的实际,提出了建立新的工资制度的设想:在工资结构上,应与国家公务员工资结构基本一致;在各种补贴津贴制度方面,应建立军人职业津贴,完善地区性补贴,完善专业性补贴,建立领导岗位津贴,建立奖励工资制度,完善福利性补助;在工资水平和工资关系上,应建立正常增资机制,理顺各种工资关系。
At present, the problems existing in the salary system of the military cadres are: the overall wage level is low; the professional characteristics of military personnel are few; the normal mechanism for capital increase is lacking; the treatment of personnel in the special field of the military industry is excessively large; and the various wage relations are not smooth.
