1.一般资料:男性6例,女性6例;年龄24～62岁,平均年龄41,5岁;病程10天～150天,平均43天;患肺结核病3例,手足癣1例,有养鸽史2例;入院时确诊1例,误诊为结核性脑膜炎(结脑)9例,脑炎2例。 2.主要表现:头痛、呕吐各12例,发烧9例,视物模糊4例,失明2例,抽搐1例,呛咳1例。昏迷3例,视乳头水肿7例,视神经萎缩1例,外展受限3例,听力减退2例。双下肢无力2例。
1. General information: 6 males and 6 females; aged 24 to 62 years, mean age 41.5 years; duration of 10 days to 150 days, an average of 43 days; 3 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, hand, foot and ringworm in 1 case, 2 cases of pigeon history; 1 case diagnosed on admission, misdiagnosed as tuberculous meningitis (nodular brain) in 9 cases, 2 cases of encephalitis. 2. The main manifestations: headache, vomiting in 12 cases, 9 cases of fever, blurred vision in 4 cases, 2 cases of blindness, convulsions in 1 case, cough in 1 case. 3 cases of coma, 7 cases of papilledema, optic atrophy in 1 case, 3 cases of abduction, hearing loss in 2 cases. Two lower limb weakness in 2 cases.
