本文通过调查了解咸阳乡镇中学体育教师资源的现状,对获取的资料进行整理,并对取得的数据进行分析比较,找出存在的问题及其制约其发展的因素:主要是体育教师配备比例比较低;教师学历比较低;体育教师职称比例失调;体育教师教学素质不全面;体育教师对新课标的标准了解不够,有针对性的提出改进建议。
This paper investigates the status quo of physical education teachers resources in Xianyang Township Middle School, organizes the obtained data and analyzes and compares the data obtained to find out the existing problems and the factors restricting their development: the proportion of physical education teachers is relatively low ; Teacher education is relatively low; the proportion of physical education teachers ’professional title is unbalanced; physical education teachers’ teaching quality is not comprehensive; physical education teachers do not know enough about the standard of new curriculum standards and put forward suggestions for improvement.
