本文通过推力轴承三维热弹流计算程序,对弹簧束支撑在不同瓦厚度及偏心下的性能作了计算,并分析了瓦厚度及周向偏心与弹簧束支撑推力轴承性能之间的关系,结果表明,对一定的弹簧刚度及径向布置存在最佳的瓦厚及周向偏心率。
In this paper, the calculation program of three-dimensional thermo-elastic flow of thrust bearing is used to calculate the performance of spring-beam support under different thickness and eccentricity. The relationship between the thickness and circumferential eccentricity and the performance of spring-loaded thrust bearing is analyzed. Show that, for a certain spring stiffness and radial arrangement there is the best thickness and circumferential eccentricity.
