履带式挖掘起重机采用蜗杆蜗轮作变幅机构的主要有:国产W100_2~1、苏产Э—100_4~3、Э-1252、波兰产KU-1001、KU-1206、KU-1206B等型号。这类机器在使用中常因变幅蜗轮副失锁而造成倒臂事故。本文根据本地区和全国许多施工单位的经验,将防失锁保护装置大致归纳为下列几类: 1.采用液压制动或增加一个随动控制的小制动器,也可以采用加大原有小制动器等办法来增加蜗杆的制动力。2.对小齿轮进行分离锁定。如采用与小齿轮连在一起的端面棘轮锁定机构;单齿啮合小齿轮锁定机构,在小齿轮上连接一个圆盘,盘上钻一圈孔,用弹簧销钉自动插入孔中锁定。3.直接锁定变幅卷筒。通过小齿轮的上
