作者收治1例面部寻常狼疮导致外鼻及上唇完全缺损的患者,经抗结核治愈后行全鼻及上唇整复术,报道如下: 女,20岁。因外鼻上唇渐进性溃烂10年,于1979年5月10日入院。检查:全外鼻、上唇及下唇两侧缺损,边缘不整,上覆薄痂。溃疡底部有苍白松软之肉芽组织,触之出血。鼻中隔软骨部缺损,犁骨前缘有小乳头状新生物,两侧鼻腔有大量脓液,粘膜无萎缩。康、华氏反应及胸部透视阴性。病理报告:肉芽组 The author admitted to a case of patients with normal lupus leading to external nose and upper lip complete defect cured by anti-tuberculosis after the whole nose and upper lip surgery, reported as follows: Female, 20 years old.
