我院1996年1月至2007年12月共收治妇科急腹症98例,误诊20例,误诊率为20.4%,其中外科转入12例,内科转入3例。20例均经手术确诊,病理证实。现做回顾性分析,以提高诊断率。1临床资料1.1年龄及婚育史患者年龄12~67岁,平均30岁,其中20岁以下2例,占10%;20~50岁15例,占75%;50岁以上3例 Our hospital from January 1996 to December 2007 were treated 98 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen, misdiagnosis in 20 cases, the misdiagnosis rate was 20.4%, of which 12 were surgical transfer, 3 cases transferred to the medical. 20 cases were confirmed by surgery, pathology confirmed.
