作者过去的工作已证明 ,用平阻板能改善浮选柱指标 ,防止矿浆轴向混合 ,减少泡沫破裂“翻花”现象 ,或防止大气泡的形成。本文提出的示踪物试验结果表明 ,平阻板可提高浮选柱指标的重复性和稳定性。平阻板消除了偶然干扰因素 ,诸如随柱体高度增大而迅速形成的不正常的大气泡和紊流现象。由于这些因素给试验指标造成了很大偏差 ,因而使用平阻板使得浮选柱指标相对稳定 ,短期偏差更小。
The authors’ past work has demonstrated that flat retarding plates can improve flotation column specifications, prevent axial mixing of the pulp, reduce the “over-flow” of foam rupture, or prevent the formation of large bubbles. The tracer test results presented in this paper show that the flat plate can improve the repeatability and stability of the flotation column index. Flat baffles eliminate accidental interferences, such as abnormally large bubbles and turbulence that rapidly form as the height of the column increases. Because of these factors to the test index caused a great deviation, so the use of flat plate makes the flotation column index is relatively stable, short-term deviations smaller.
