目的:优选小儿咳喘宁颗粒的提取工艺并进行急性毒性考察。方法:以麻黄碱为指标成分采用单因素和正交试验优选小儿咳喘宁颗粒的提取工艺;通过小鼠灌胃给药测定急性毒性。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍水煎煮提取3次,每次90min;急性毒性实验半数致死量LD50=117.79g/kg。结论:该优选工艺简便合理,稳定性高,安全可控,可为小儿咳喘宁颗粒的进一步研究提供参考依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of pediatric Kechuanning granules and investigate the acute toxicity. Methods: Ephedrine as an index component by single factor and orthogonal test for the selection of children Kechuanning particles extraction process; Determination of acute toxicity by intragastric administration of mice. Results: The best extraction process was 10 times of boiling water extraction three times, each 90min; Acute toxicity test LD50 = 117.79g / kg. Conclusion: The optimized process is simple and reasonable, high stability, safe and controllable, which can provide reference for the further study of Kereling Granules in children.
