周恩来在扬弃中国传统民本思想、继承与发展马克思主义人本思想的基础上,结合对生活实践的深刻体验,形成了他的以人为本思想:视人民为父母,尊重人民群众;视人民利益为最高利益,全心全意为人民服务;视人民为力量源泉,相信和依靠人民群众;视人民为财富的享有者,关爱人民群众。周恩来以人为本的科学思想,利于我们克服官本位观念,不断彰显中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的宗旨;利于我们营造心情舒畅的和谐局面,共建中国特色社会主义大业;利于我们正确理解和落实科学发展观,助推全面建设小康社会的步伐。
