草菇是一种肉质肥嫩柔脆、味道鲜美、营养丰富的食用菌。在我国的福建、广东、广西、湖南、台湾等省都有悠久的栽培历史,1984年在上海也开始在塑料大棚内试种。但由于未掌握栽培技术要领,往往造成杂菌多,产量低而不稳定,影响在郊区推广。 1985年夏季我院园艺系蔬莱教研组,在空闲的玻璃温室内进行试种,获得较理想的产量,现将主要栽培技术简述如下:
