本实验主要研究了在由微波信号源、XW4微波稳频器和吸收式波长表等组成的微波稳频环路中,利用铁磁共振原理和谐振腔微扰理论,在吸收式波长表上安装一个频率磁微调,实现微波稳频环路频率的微小调节。将该频率磁微调稳频环路用在微波铁氧体复介电常数e_r的测量装置上时,半功率点的频率测量误差可以由无微调时的0.02MHz减小为0.01MHz。因而ε〃的测量误差减小50%。
This experiment mainly studied in the microwave frequency stabilization loop composed of microwave signal source, XW4 microwave frequency stabilizer and absorption wavelength meter and so on, using the principle of ferromagnetic resonance and the theory of cavity perturbation, and installing it on the absorption wavelength meter A frequency of magnetic fine-tuning, microwave frequency stabilization loop to achieve a small adjustment. When the frequency magnetic fine-tuning frequency stabilization loop is used in the measuring device of the microwave ferrite complex permittivity e_r, the frequency measurement error of the half-power point can be reduced from 0.02MHz to 0.01MHz without trimming.
