目的探讨护患沟通技巧在健康体检护理中的应用效果。方法将健康体检患者500例随机分为观察组和对照组各250例,对照组采用常规健康体检护理方法,观察组在对照组护理基础上实施人性化护患沟通技巧护理,比较2组护理满意度。结果观察组在人性化、责任心、沟通方式及服务态度方面的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为94.0%高于对照组的78.0%(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检护理中运用护患沟通技巧可提高患者的护理满意度,防止或减少护患纠纷发生。
Objective To discuss the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in health examination. Methods 500 cases of healthy physical examination were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 250 cases, the control group using routine health examination methods, the observation group in the control group based on the implementation of humanistic nurse-patient communication skills care, compared two groups of nursing satisfaction degree. Results The satisfaction degree of the observation group in humanity, responsibility, communication and service attitude were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction degree in the observation group was 94.0% higher than that in the control group (78.0%, P <0.05) ). Conclusion The use of nurse-patient communication skills in the health examination can improve patient satisfaction and prevent or reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
