本研究目的是在胃 食管回流病 (ＧＯＲＤ)患者体内 ,比较泮托拉唑 (ｐａｎｔｏｐｒａｚｏｌｅ)与雷尼替丁控制食管内酸度的疗效。随机选择Ⅱ期或Ⅲ期临床试验ＧＯＲＤ(Ｓａｖａｒｙ Ｍｉｌｌｅｒ分类法 )病人 (ｎ =2 2 ,年龄 30～ 75岁 ) ,按双盲、双安慰剂、平行组设计试验。
The purpose of this study was to compare the efficacy of pantoprazole with ranitidine in controlling esophageal acidity in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GORD). Patients in the GORD (Savary Miller classification) category II or III clinical trial (n = 2 2, age 30-75 years) were randomized to double-blind, double-placebo, parallel group design.
