目的探讨二硫化碳CS2的神经毒作用机理。方法应用高效液相色谱法,观察大鼠染毒CS2(0、1200、2400mg/m3)2个月后,脑组织单胺类递质、氨基酸类神经递质及其代谢产物的改变。结果CS2染毒可使大鼠纹状体中3-甲氧-4-羟基扁桃酸含量下降,多巴胺代谢产物3,4-二羟基苯甲酸和高香草酸含量升高,兴奋性氨基酸及其代谢产物(谷氨酰胺、门冬氨酸和门冬酰胺)含量下降,且3-甲氧-4-羟基扁桃酸、门冬氨酸及门冬酰胺含量与动物行为改变之间具有一定的相关性。结论神经递质代谢紊乱在CS2的神经毒作用机理中起了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the neurotoxic mechanism of carbon disulfide CS2. Methods The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters, amino acid neurotransmitters and their metabolites in brain tissues were observed after 2 months exposure to CS2 (0,1200,2400 mg / m3) in rats by high performance liquid chromatography. Results CS2 exposure reduced the levels of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandelic acid and the dopamine metabolites 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid and homovanillic acid in striatum of rats. Excitatory amino acids and their metabolism The content of glutamine, aspartic acid and asparagine decreased, and the content of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandelic acid, aspartic acid and asparagine had some correlation with animal behavior change . Conclusion Neurotransmitter metabolic disorders play an important role in the neurotoxic mechanism of CS2.
