本文研究了在不同碳源和氮源以及不同碳氮比的碱性液体培养条件(pH≈10.5)下,嗜碱木素降解菌所产生的木素降解酶的种类和产酶能力.结果表明,Klason木质素有利于MnP的产生,活性达283.50U/L,但在此条件下不产生LiP和Laccase;而蔗糖条件下产生的降解酶Laccase和MnP活性最高,分别为245.42U/L和122.52U/L,而在最佳产酶培养时间它们的活性达到628.03U/L(4天)和129.76U/L(8天).碳源限制有利于酶的产生,而氮源限制则明显地抑制了酶的合成,且后者对菌株的产酶能力影响较大.“,”The article research ligninolytic enzymes production and activities of alkaliphilic ligninolytic bacteria in alkaline liquid medium(pH≈10.5) with various carbons or nitrogen and various ratio of carbons and nitrogen. Klason-lignin takes advantage of production of MnP, the activity is 283.50U/L, but LiP and Laccase don’t detected. The activities of Laccase and MnP are higher in sugar cultivation condition, their activities are 245.42U/L and 122.52U/L respectively. And their activities are 628.03U/L(4days) and 129.76U/L(8days) respectively at optimal cultivation times. Lower carbon medium is suitable for production, and low nitrogen medium restrain obviously synthesis of the enzymes.
