一些研究者对下前寒武系铁质石英岩的成因问题有浓厚的兴趣,首先是与这种产物的突出特点有关,其次是由于世界铁矿的储量主要同碧玉铁质岩矿床有联系。对铁质石英岩的各种成因观点进行了相当全面的评述。现在,苏联学者十分成动地解决了铁硅质沉积物的聚集机理及其成岩作用和变质作用等方而的一些问题。但是,对铁质来源问题考虑注意得不够,而关于铁质进入沉积盆地的机理,认为或是火山成因的(阿尔果马—维尔霍夫采夫型),或是地表风化的(苏帕利奥尔—克里沃罗格型)。
Some researchers have a keen interest in the genesis of the Lower Precambrian iron quartzite, first and foremost the salient features of this product, and secondly because the world’s iron ore reserves are primarily linked to the Jasper-Fellite deposit. The various generative perspectives of iron-bearing quartzite are fairly comprehensively reviewed. Now, the Soviet Union scholars are very moving to solve the iron siliceous sediment accumulation mechanism and its diagenesis and metamorphism and some other problems. However, insufficient attention was paid to the source of iron, and the mechanism of iron entry into sedimentary basins was either volcanogenic (Armagh-Verhovtsev type) or surface weathered Orr-Klivorog format).
