患者,男,58岁。因吞食新鲜去壳桂圆3d,伴胸部胀闷,不能进食于2004年9月27日收入我院消化内科。食管钡餐透视见:食管中段处有非金属圆形异物影,下段完全梗阻。次日经反复2次在胃镜下多次抓取异物不成功,转入我科。经含服利宁润滑止痛胶2ml后,选用25cm成人硬食管镜,患者仰卧抱头
