本文报道小鼠接受硝酸一叶萩碱并康力龙及其单用,不同时间后,外周血中白细胞和网织红细胞,随给药天数增加而增加。以并用组增加最显著。血小板则以单用一叶萩碱组增加为多。骨髓中 GM-CFU-C,GM-CFU-D 值并用组显著高于单用组,P<0.01。CFU-ED 值并用组也高于单用组。给药20天后,尺骨骨髓细胞增生程度与尺骨单位面积上微动脉数,并用组也多于单用组。结果提示一叶萩碱可能改善造血微环境而刺激各系祖细胞增加。康力龙能直接作用于造血细胞,使这些细胞增殖。因此二者并用可能起到既作用干细胞又作用于微环境从而起到促使造血功能恢复的作用。
In this paper, we report that levofloxacin and monilithloride in mice and leukocytes and reticulocytes in peripheral blood increased with the increase of the days of administration. After 20 days of administration, the degree of proliferation of ulnar bone marrow cells and the number of arterioles per unit area of the ulna increased more in the ulcer group than in the monotherapy group. The results suggest that aescine may improve the hematopoietic microenvironment and stimulate the proliferation of all progenitor cells. Kang Lilong can directly affect the hematopoietic cells, so that these cells proliferate. Therefore, the combination of both may play a role in promoting the recovery of hematopoietic function by acting both as a stem cell and as a microenvironment.
