预应力钢筋混凝土结构广泛应用于桥梁结构上。近10余年来,发展较快,结构型式由简支梁扩展到连续梁。锚固体系多种多样,预应力钢材品种增多;张拉设备规格型号繁多;张拉工艺日趋先进和完善;施工队伍逐步扩大。由于应用广泛,施工队伍的扩大,而又没有系统的培训学习,使这一工艺在实际施工操作过程中出现许多不规范的行为,给工程质量留下了隐患。又由于预应力工艺在质量上具有很大的隐蔽性,至今还没有简单、易行、速效、价廉的检测方法和手段,只凭临场施工操作,而结构的承载力关键取决于预应力的施工质量。所以,在预应力工艺上应着重提高施工操作水平来保证质量的同时,还应加强质量监督控
Prestressed reinforced concrete structures are widely used in bridge structures.
