文章通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对健步快走这项运动进行全面的研究和分析。结果表明,健步快走这项有氧运动不仅适合老年人参与,并且它对老年人的体质有很大的影响。它能改善老年人的新陈代谢,调节老年人的心情环境,能从各方面提高老年人的身体素质,更能预防和缓和高血压等老年人所常见的心血管疾病。
Through literature research, logical analysis and other research methods, the article conducts a comprehensive research and analysis on the sport of walking fast. The results show that walking fast walking aerobic exercise is not only suitable for the elderly participation, and it has a great impact on the physical constitution of the elderly. It can improve the metabolism of the elderly, regulate the mood of the elderly, can improve the physical fitness of the elderly in all aspects, and more prevent and alleviate the cardiovascular diseases common in the elderly such as hypertension.
