目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合空气波压力治疗仪治疗糖尿病足0级的临床疗效。方法:112例糖尿病足0级病变患者随机分为治疗组53例和对照组49例,均进行常规基础治疗,治疗组加用补阳还五汤联合空气波压力治疗仪治疗,对照组加用前列腺素E1治疗。4周后评价、总结疗效。结果:治疗组显效25例(47.2%),良好14例(26.4%),改善8例(15.1%),无效6例(11.3%),总有效率88.7%;对照组显效7例(14.3%),良好10例(20.4%),改善27例(55.1%),无效5例(10.2%),总有效率为89.8%。两组总有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组显效率高于对照组,有显著性差异(Z=-2.147,P=0.032)。结论:补阳还五汤联合空气波压力治疗仪治疗糖尿病足0级疗效确切,适于临床进一步推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with air wave pressure treatment device in the treatment of diabetic foot 0 level. Methods: One hundred and twelve diabetic patients with grade 0 lesion were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 53) and control group (n = 49). All patients underwent routine basic treatment. The treatment group was treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with air wave pressure treatment instrument. Prostaglandin E1 treatment. After 4 weeks evaluation, summarize the curative effect. Results: In the treatment group, there were 25 cases (47.2%), 14 cases (26.4%), 8 cases (15.1%), 6 cases (11.3% ), Good in 10 cases (20.4%), improvement in 27 cases (55.1%) and ineffective in 5 cases (10.2%). The total effective rate was 89.8%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05), but the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (Z = -2.147, P = 0.032). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with air wave pressure treatment device for the treatment of diabetic foot 0 grade exact effect, suitable for further clinical application.
