根据2013年4-6月在赤道公海探捕期间采集的539尾鸢乌贼样本,对赤道公海鸢乌贼的生物学进行了研究。结果表明,样本的胴长范围为137~338 mm,优势胴长组为160~220 mm,占样本总数的81.45%;样本的体重范围为95~1300 g,优势体重组为150~450 g,占样本总数的80.67%。不同月份鸢乌贼的胴长和体重组成不同,随着月份的增加优势胴长和优势体重逐渐增加。鸢乌贼体型瘦小,净重比例介于40.57%~87.76%之间,平均为59.43%;回归分析表明鸢乌贼的胴长与体重、胴长与净重的生长分别最适合用幂函数和指数函数表示。样本的雌、雄比例为76∶1,并且主要由性成熟个体组成,Ⅲ期及以上样本占全部样本的比例为68.83%;不同月份,鸢乌贼的性腺成熟度组成不同,随着月份的增加,样本日渐成熟。样本胃饱满度以0~2级为主,占样本总数的89.42%,胃含物主要由鱿鱼类、甲壳类和仔鱼组成。
Based on the 539 specimens of the Symlectoteuthis oualaniensis trapped in the equatorial high seas from April to June 2013, the biology of Symlectoteuthis oualaniensis was studied. The results showed that the length of the sample ranged from 137 to 338 mm and the length of the dominant carcass was 160 to 220 mm, accounting for 81.45% of the total sample size. The body weight of the sample ranged from 95 to 1300 g and the dominant body weight ranged from 150 to 450 g. Accounting for 80.67% of the total number of samples. Musk-length and body weight of Symplectoteuthis Syracuse differed from month to month, and the advantage of body length and weight gain gradually increased with the increase of month. The body weight of Symplectoteuthis Syriatus was small and its net weight ranged from 40.57% to 87.76% with an average of 59.43%. Regression analysis showed that the growth of body length, body length and net weight of Symlectoteuthis oualaniensis were most suitable for power and exponential functions respectively. The female and male ratio of the sample was 76: 1, and mainly composed of sexual maturity individuals. The proportion of samples of stage Ⅲ and above accounted for 68.83% of the total samples. The gonadal maturity composition of Symlectoteuthis oualanieris varied with different months. With the increase of month , The sample is maturing. The gastric fullness of the samples was mainly from 0 to 2, accounting for 89.42% of the total samples. The stomach contents mainly consisted of squids, crustaceans and larvae.
