见于老年听神经瘤病人的处理意见尚有分歧,作者通过对10年间65岁以上病人治疗的回顾,认为一旦听神经瘤诊断确立,只要身体健康,就应行外科手术切除肿瘤,不受年龄的影响。作者在10年间治疗了116例65岁以上听神经瘤病人,年龄最大者80岁,平均68.2岁。112例径迷路进路手术,4例内听道小肿瘤径中颅窝进路切除。得到全切除者106例,有10例因肿瘤与面神经粘连或术中危象等未能全切。肿瘤大小0.5cm～5.5cm,平均2.4cm。94例(81％)无严重手术合併症。平均失血量为400ml。平均
Seen in the treatment of elderly patients with acoustic neuroma, there are still differences of opinion. The author reviewed the treatment of patients over the age of 65 in 10 years and found that once the diagnosis of acoustic neuroma is established, as long as the body is healthy, the tumor should be removed surgically, regardless of age. The authors treated 116 patients with acoustic neuroma over the age of 65 in 10 years, the oldest being 80 years old, with an average age of 68.2 years. 112 cases of labyrinth approach surgery, 4 cases of small tumors in the orbital pathological resection of the cranial fossa. There were 106 cases of total resection, and 10 cases could not be fully cut because of tumor and facial nerve adhesion or intraoperative crisis. The tumor size was 0.5 cm to 5.5 cm with an average of 2.4 cm. Ninety-four patients (81%) had no severe surgical complications. The average blood loss is 400 ml. average
