针对自动球压痕试验测算金属材料的断裂韧度的研究越来越多,而对于延性金属材料的试验主要有HTM法和CIE法。文章介绍了两种方法的基本原理,并用压力容器常用钢板Q345R为试验材料,对其进行自动球压痕试验,分别用两种方法进行断裂韧度值的估算,并与常规断裂试验测量值对比。结果表明,HTM法和CIE法测算的断裂韧度值与常规断裂试验测量的断裂韧度值偏差分别为35%左右和10%之内,因此可以用自动球压痕试验通过CIE法测算Q345R钢的断裂韧度。
There are more and more studies on the calculation of the fracture toughness of metal materials for the automatic ball indentation test. For the ductile metal materials, the HTM method and the CIE method are mainly used. In this paper, the basic principle of the two methods is introduced, and the common ball pressure plate Q345R is used as the test material, and the automatic ball indentation test is carried out. The fracture toughness value is estimated by two methods respectively, and compared with the conventional fracture test . The results show that the fracture toughness values measured by the HTM and CIE methods and the fracture toughness values measured by the conventional fracture tests are about 35% and 10%, respectively, so that the Q345R steel can be measured by the CIE method with the automatic ball indentation test Fracture toughness.
