一、概况我厂为新安装的1.5吨自由锻锤设计了一套消烟除尘和余热利用装置。这套装置由炉底面积为1.6米~2的加热炉;液压往复炉排加煤机;小车式上煤和出渣装置;防水烟道;余热锅炉;烟囱等六大部分组成。经调试成功后,效果良好。不但减轻了工人劳动强度,而且烟囱也不再冒黑烟了。余热锅炉能产生4公斤压力的蒸汽,基本上达到了设计要求。但在开始调试时,曾遇到了一些问题。如:代用的鼓风机的风压只有90毫米水柱,这样给燃烧带来一定的困难;加煤机安装时密封不好发生漏烟,因而污染工作地环境;出渣口太小给垂直提升出渣带来困难;由於工人还没有使用加煤机的经验,往往加煤过快、过多,不仅浪费煤,而且使炉温上升过快、过高,甚至把炉门、翻火墙烧坏了。我们在实践中不断总
I. Overview I plant for the new installation of 1.5 tons of free forging hammer designed a smoke and dust and waste heat utilization device.
