目的通过解扬州市某电子陶瓷企业生产性铅污染对工人健康的影响,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用现场调查、实验室检测、职业健康检查相结合的方法,在2010—2012年对某电子陶瓷生产企业中涉铅工序进行调查。结果 2010—2012年该企业工作场所铅浓度合格率分别为85.2%、72.2%和100.0%。部分涉铅工序检测点的铅尘浓度超过国家卫生标准,最高检测值超过国家卫生标准7.2倍。铅作业人员健康检查(3年分别为24、20和32人)中发现尿铅异常率逐年提高,分别为4.2%、5.0%和12.5%;血红蛋白含量降低人数3年分别为16.7%、35.0%和21.9%。结论企业管理者应加大防护设施投入,改进生产工艺;监督部门应加强日常监督和宣传。
Objective To understand the impact of productive lead pollution on workers’ health in an electronic ceramic enterprise in Yangzhou and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategies. Methods The method of on-the-spot investigation, laboratory testing and occupational health examination were used to investigate the lead-related processes in an electronic ceramic manufacturing enterprise from 2010 to 2012. Results The qualified rate of lead concentration in the workplace of the enterprise from 2010 to 2012 was 85.2%, 72.2% and 100.0% respectively. Part of the lead-lead process detection point lead dust concentration exceeds the national health standards, the highest test value 7.2 times the national health standards. The lead excretion rate was found to be 4.2%, 5.0% and 12.5% respectively in the health check-up of lead workers (24,20 and 32 years, respectively) in 3 years. The reduction of hemoglobin content was 16.7% and 35.0% And 21.9%. Conclusion Business managers should increase investment in protective facilities to improve the production process; supervisory departments should strengthen daily supervision and publicity.
