今年以来,莒县总工会以落实“两个普遍”为目标,在推进工会组建和会员发展等方面取得了一定的成绩。目前,已新建工会组织335家,发展会员2.2.万人。一是确保规模以上企业、外商投资企业全部建会。目前,全县有规模以上企业174家,外商投资企业32家,全部建立了工会组织;二是确保新建企业及时建会。加强与招商局、民营办、县工业园区、临港工业配套基地等的沟通,并且在每个乡镇街道确定一名信息员,把握好全县企业动态,一经投产,马上跟进建会。目前全县新建企业48家,已建立工会的40个,其他新建企业还在积极的推进中。三是确保小型非公企业建会。对于那些职工人数较少
