时代的发展,社会的进步带来的最为直接影响便是人们更加注重自己的主观感受,强调自己的个性与特性。因此,个性化服务业应运而生,而与之相对应的便是个性化管理机制。近年来,我国也在积极引进和学习外国的个性化管理经验,个性化管理机制也被运用到图书馆管理中,并取得了良好效果。本文将对我国图书馆个性化管理机制做出一个简要阐释,并将国外与国内的图书馆个性化管理机制进行分别分析,指出国内图书馆个性化管理机制的问题所在及其解决措施。

This article will make a brief explanation to the personalization management mechanism of the library in our country, and separately analyze the personalization management mechanism of the library abroad and in China, and point out the problem of the individualized management mechanism of the library in our country and its solution.
