以下所述涉及的相关电站实例,均针对500kW以下的小型水电站。在水库规模不变的情况下,只需对机组进行改扩建,便可利用水库水头及灌溉流量、弃水进行发电,使水能资源得到充分利用,增加效益。机组转轮的选择是水电站增容改造的关键,通过对水轮机转轮改型,可提高机组效率,增加电站容量,改善机组运行的安全稳定性。对老电站进行水轮机改造时,为减少投资一般埋入部分不改动只更换水轮机转轮,所以必须充分估计到老流道对技改后的水轮机性能的影响。
The relevant power plant examples mentioned below are for small hydropower stations below 500 kW. Under the condition of the same scale of reservoirs, it is only necessary to rebuild and expand the generating units so as to utilize the water head of the reservoirs and irrigation flows and waste water for power generation so as to make full use of hydropower resources and increase benefits. The choice of unit runner is the key to the capacity expansion of hydropower station. Through retrofitting the turbine runner, unit efficiency can be increased, power plant capacity can be increased, and safety and stability of unit operation can be improved. When the old hydropower station is rebuilt, in order to reduce the investment, the embedded part will not be changed but only the turbine runner will be replaced. Therefore, the influence of the old runner on the performance of the turbine after the technological transformation must be fully estimated.
