在高校引进田径联赛制度的可行性分析

田径运动是各项体育运动的基础,历来有“运动之母”的美誉。它能全面有效的发展人的身体素质和运动技能,对其它各项运动技术的发展和成绩的提高具有重要的作用。同时田径也是增强人们体质健康的重要手段之一,经常参加田径运动锻炼,能促进人的新陈代谢,改善神经系统的调节能力和增强各器官系统的机能,提高自我健康水平和持续工作的能力。大学生经常参加田径练习或运动,不仅可以有效的发展人体基本素质,如速度、耐力、力量、灵敏、柔韧等,还可以培养学生勇敢顽强、坚忍不拔的意志品质和战胜困难的勇气和信心,它对发展大学生的身体素质和心理素质具有独特的作用。为了探求我国田径健康可持续发展的新兴之路,同时在大中学生体质不断下降的严重局势下,能让田径发挥它促进人体素质不断提高和保持的独特作用,激发广大学生参与田径活动的热情和兴趣,我们计划借鉴国际田联钻石联赛的成功经验,为田径课重新焕发生机与活力,探索一条可行之路。 Track and field sports are the basis of various sports and have always had the reputation of “mother of sports”. It can comprehensively and effectively develop the physical fitness and motor skills, play an important role in the development of other sports techniques and improve performance. At the same time, track and field is also one of the important ways to enhance people’s physical health. Regular exercise in track and field can promote people’s metabolism, improve the regulatory capacity of the nervous system, enhance the function of various organ systems, improve self-health and ability to work continuously. Students often participate in track and field training or sports, which not only can effectively develop the basic quality of the human body, such as speed, stamina, strength, sensitivity and flexibility, but also can cultivate the courage and confidence of the students who are brave and tenacious, perseverance and overcome difficulties, It plays a unique role in developing college students’ physical and psychological qualities. In order to explore the new path of healthy and sustainable development of track and field in our country and at the same time, under the serious situation of the declining physique of middle and high school students, we can let track and field play its unique role of promoting and improving the quality of the human body and inspire students to participate in track and field activities. Interest, we plan to draw lessons from the successful experience of the IAAF Diamond League, track and field regained vitality and vitality, to explore a viable road.
