目的:介绍运用胎儿脱钙骨基质(DBM)治疗良性骨肿瘤及瘤样病变骨缺损的方法及疗效。方法:对72例良性骨肿瘤及瘤样病变患者病灶清除术后遗留的骨缺损,以DBM进行充填。结果:DBM植入后4周,骨缺损处已有新骨生成,8周以后成骨作用显著,密度逐渐均匀,相互连成一片,10~12周密度接近正常骨组织。DBM有促进成骨作用。结论:DBM具有良好的组织相容性和诱导成骨作用。彻底的病灶清除,合适量的DBM植入残腔是防止肿瘤复发的关键。DBM利于储存,便于运输,使用方便,疗效可靠,是值得推荐的理想的植骨材料。
Objective: To introduce the method and effect of using fetal decalcified bone matrix (DBM) in the treatment of benign bone tumors and tumor-like lesions. Methods: Seventy-two patients with benign bone tumor and tumor-like lesion were sacrificed with DBM. RESULTS: Four weeks after DBM implantation, new bone was formed in the defect. After 8 weeks, the osteogenesis was significant. The density gradually became uniform and connected with each other. The density was close to normal bone tissue at 10-12 weeks. DBM can promote osteogenesis. Conclusion: DBM has good histocompatibility and induced osteogenesis. Complete debridement, the right amount of DBM implantation residual cavity is the key to prevent recurrence of the tumor. DBM is conducive to storage, easy to transport, easy to use, effective and reliable, it is recommended the ideal bone graft material.
