成人教育作为国家教育的重要组成部分之一,在近几年来发展颇为迅速。现如今的时代是知识经济的时代,要求人们不断的接受学习、教育,可以说成人教育的作用和意义在于为人们终身学习、继续教育提供了便利条件。为了全面促使成人教育的持续发展,就必须对成人教育进行创新、改革,充分体现其时代性、国际性等。
Adult education, one of the most important parts of education in the country, has been developing quite rapidly in recent years. Today’s era is the era of knowledge-based economy, requiring people to continuously accept the study and education. It can be said that the role and significance of adult education lies in providing convenient conditions for lifelong learning and continuing education. In order to fully promote the sustainable development of adult education, we must innovate and reform adult education and fully embody its age and international character.
