“西瓜效应”具体是指哪里受益多就导向哪里的现象,现今国内大学生就业困境中也呈现出行业导向型择业差异、地域导向型择业差异等“西瓜效应”。本文从心理学视角探析了新闻媒介对大学生就业困境中的“西瓜效应”形成的作用机制,并从合理运用媒体资源影响就业理念形成,关注就业问题促进就业体制完善,传播先进教育方法提升教育水平三个角度明确了新闻媒介在解决大学生就业困境中的应对方法,为大学生更好的择业与就业提供理论支持与实践指导。
