本文通过收集千河千阳水文站1964～1998年净峰流量超过200m3/s的34场洪水资料,结合2010年7月23日洪水,选用上游9个雨量站资料综合分析总结出了千阳水文站净峰流量经验公式预报方法,该方法实质上属于水文预报中的降雨径流法范畴,理论基础扎实,参数率定严谨,作业预报操作简洁,且具备一定的预报精度,可推广运用于其他中小河流域的洪水作业预报。
