为了放开搞活国有中小企业,转改制已成为深化国有企业改革,走出困境的重要举措之一。许多企业通过兼并、破产资产重组等多种实现形式,推行企业转改制,推进现代企业制度。在总结工会参与企业转改制工作经验的基础上,我们还应该清醒地看到,在企业转改制过程中暴露出来的问题,以及由此而引发的各种矛盾和不稳定因素。为此,要对问题作进一步疏理和分析,更好地发挥工会在企业转改制工作中的作用。
In order to let go and invigorate the state-owned small and medium-sized enterprises, reforming the system has become one of the important measures to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and get out of the woods. Many enterprises through mergers and bankruptcy reorganization of assets and other forms of implementation, the implementation of enterprise restructuring, promote the modern enterprise system. On the basis of summing up the experiences of trade unions in participating in the restructuring of enterprises, we should also clearly see the problems that have emerged during the transformation of the enterprises and the various contradictions and instabilities that have resulted therefrom. To this end, it is necessary to further clarify and analyze the problems and give better play to the role of trade unions in the transformation of enterprises into enterprises.
