阿司匹林对前列腺素合成的影响使其成为非选择性血小板抗聚集剂。通过抑制环氧合酶,阿司匹林不仅阻断前列腺素合成,而且阻断前列腺环素和血栓素的合成。文献报道阿司匹林吸收后改变出血时间、血小板粘附和血小板聚集,而且,这种作用与剂量有关。但未见增加阿司匹林量同时改变这三个方面的作用的报告。本研究旨在找出可显著改变这三个方面以及对原发血栓有明显作用的阿司匹林口服剂量。
The effect of aspirin on prostaglandin synthesis makes it a non-selective platelet antiaggregant. By inhibiting cyclooxygenase, aspirin not only blocks prostaglandin synthesis, but also blocks the synthesis of prostacyclin and thromboxane. Aspirin has been reported in the literature to change the bleeding time after bleeding, platelet adhesion and platelet aggregation, and, this effect and dose. However, no report was found on the effect of increasing aspirin volume while changing these three aspects. This study aimed to identify oral doses of aspirin that could significantly change these three aspects and have a significant effect on primary thrombosis.
