依托盘古大桥体外预应力加固项目,在主梁病害成因分析的基础上,制定了体外预应力加固钢筋混凝土Π梁的设计方案,并对方案进行了详细验算。对体外预应力施加过程中进行了施工监控,并进行了加固后桥梁的成桥试验。研究结果表明:在预应力张拉阶段,主梁的挠度与混凝土应力在安全可控范围内,验证了加固方案的施工可行性;成桥试验结果表明:加固后桥梁的刚度及应力状况得到明显改善,挠度与应力校验系数均在常见值范围内,加固方案达到了预期效果。
Based on the analysis of the causes of the main girders, the design scheme of prestressed reinforcement of reinforced concrete Π beam was established based on the prestressed reinforcement project of Pangu Bridge, and the scheme was checked in detail.
