以分月扇舟蛾(Clostera anastomosis)3龄幼虫为研究对象,比较了几种杀虫剂对其离体保护酶(SOD和CAT)和解毒酶(Car E和GST)活性的影响。结果表明:0.100 mg·L-1高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.010 mg·L-1吡虫啉、0.001 mg·L-1灭幼脲对CAT活性的抑制作用较强,抑制率分别为63.50%、68.89%和62.11%,而敌敌畏、氧化乐果对CAT活性的抑制作用较小。0.100 mg·L-1高效氯氟氰菊酯对SOD活性的抑制作用最强,抑制率为60.82%,氧化乐果对SOD活性有较强的促进作用,激活率可达168.72%(10.000 mg·L-1)。10.000 mg·L-1敌敌畏对Car E的抑制作用最强,抑制率为52.63%,1.000 mg·L-1高效氯氟氰菊酯对Car E的激活作用最强,激活率为43.06%。供试杀虫剂对GST活性均有抑制作用,1.000 mg·L-1灭幼脲对GST抑制率可达51.75%。由此可见,离体保护酶和解毒酶的活性与杀虫剂的类型有直接关系,并且同一类型不同化学结构的杀虫剂对离体酶活性的影响存在显著差异。
The 3rd instar larvae of Clostera anastomosis were used to study the effects of several insecticides on the activity of protective enzymes (SOD and CAT) and detoxification enzymes (Car E and GST) in vitro. The results showed that 0.100 mg · L-1 lambda-cyhalothrin, 0.010 mg · L-1 imidacloprid and 0.001 mg · L-1 diflubenzuron had a strong inhibitory effect on CAT activity with the inhibition rates of 63.50% and 68.89 % And 62.11%, respectively, while dichlorvos and omethoate inhibited the activity of CAT less. 0.100 mg · L-1 lambda-cyhalothrin had the strongest inhibitory effect on SOD activity, the inhibition rate was 60.82%, and omethoate had a strong promoting effect on the activity of SOD, the activation rate was up to 168.72% (10.000 mg · L-1) L-1). The concentration of 10.000 mg · L-1 dichlorvos has the strongest inhibitory effect on CarE, the inhibition rate is 52.63%. The effect of 1.000 mg · L-1 lambda-cyhalothrin on CarE is the strongest, with an activation rate of 43.06%. The test insecticides had an inhibitory effect on the activity of GST. The inhibition rate of GST with 1.000 mg · L-1 diflubenzuron reached 51.75%. Thus, the activity of ex vivo protective enzymes and detoxification enzymes is directly related to the type of insecticide, and there are significant differences in the influence of insecticides of the same type and different chemical structures on in vitro enzymatic activity.
