本文采用微波等离子体气相合成了Ni/SiO_2超细颗粒催化剂,粒度大小为8.8~18.8nm。研究了合成条件对粒子形态及尺寸分布、组成的影响,并对其CO甲烷化活性进行了初步考察,表明等离子体的反应性和高温度梯度是制备超细颗粒的有效手段。
In this paper, Ni / SiO_2 ultrafine particle catalyst was synthesized by microwave plasma gas phase and its particle size ranged from 8.8 to 18.8nm. The effects of synthesis conditions on the morphology, size distribution and composition of the particles were investigated. The CO methanation activity was also investigated. The results show that the plasma reactivity and the high temperature gradient are effective methods for the preparation of ultrafine particles.
