目的:研究人力资本对医疗卫生服务水平的影响及地区间的差异。方法:采用2002—2013年我国31个省、直辖市和自治区的面板数据,运用因子分析法和静态面板模型进行分析。结果:总体上,人力资本平均存量对医疗卫生服务水平影响显著,东部、中部和西部表现出地区差异。结论:人力资本存量增加能够改善医疗卫生服务水平,相比东部和西部,中部地区的这一影响较弱,因此应平衡地区间人力资本积累与经济发展,加大对贫穷落后地区的教育投入,提高地方政府财政卫生支出比例。
Objective: To study the impact of human capital on the level of medical and health services and the regional differences. Methods: The panel data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2002 to 2013 were analyzed by using factor analysis and static panel model. Results: In general, the average stock of human capital has a significant impact on the level of health care services, while the eastern, central and western regions show regional differences. Conclusion: The increase of human capital stock can improve the service level of medical and health services. Compared with the east and west and central regions, this effect is weaker. Therefore, we should balance the accumulation of human capital and economic development among regions, increase the investment in education in poor and backward areas, Increase the proportion of local government financial and health expenditure.
