介绍了一种用于内燃机配气机构试验研究的高速数据采集及处理系统。该系统的数据采集器以发动机曲轴转角信号为采样脉冲,可精确地控制采样区间,使采样在发动机工作循环周期的指定区段进行,能满足发动机动态数据高速采样及处理的要求。同时介绍了系统具有特色的一些处理方法,包括数字滤波技术、连分式积分技术等,并结合发动机配气机构动态参数的测试,给出了采样及处理实例。
A high speed data acquisition and processing system for testing and researching the internal combustion engine valve train is introduced. The data acquisition system based on the engine crankshaft rotation angle signal can be used as the sampling pulse to control the sampling interval precisely. The sampling can be carried out in the designated section of the engine working cycle so as to meet the requirements of high speed sampling and processing of engine dynamic data. At the same time, some processing methods of the system are introduced, including digital filtering technology and even fractional integral technique, and the examples of sampling and processing are given in combination with the testing of the dynamic parameters of the engine valve train.
