由于越来越多的人们对房地产的兴趣越来越大,并且国家的政策越来越多,人们对房地产的态度有了很大的改变,不但是单纯的去住宅,而是越来越多的人们把房地产当作投资。投资房地产可能会有很大的回报,所以房地产的价格波动十分剧烈,有一部分专家分析了中国房地产的趋势,较大体趋势下,房地产价格还会不断变化,并且人们对房子的需求也越来越多。因此,本课题研究了中国金融房地产的趋势,包括他的走势和价格分析。影响他的因素很多,包括人们的需求,社会的供给,国家的政策,人们的收支能力和水平等。

Therefore, this topic studies the trend of China’s financial real estate, including his trend and price analysis. Many factors affect him, including people’s needs, social supply, national policies, people’s ability and level of income and expenditure and so on.
