目的分析严重多发伤病人早期心脏骤停的相关因素,提高救治的成功率.方法回顾性分析1999年1月-2001年5月收治的48例严重多发伤并发早期心脏骤停病人的临床特点,总结不同状态下心脏骤停病人的抢救效果.结果全组心肺复苏成功29例,脑复苏成功23例.死亡26例(54.2%).分别死于出血性休克11例,窒息、低氧血症5例,严重颅脑损伤8例,多脏器功能障碍、脓毒血症死亡各1例.结论严重低氧血症、气道堵塞,持续较长时间的低血压,中枢性循环衰竭等是早期心脏骤停和死亡的主要因素.尽早预防和消除这些因素是避免和减少心脏骤
