为了验证鱼用肠炎灵在小面积范围内药物的效价和安全性,尤其是对肠炎病的特效性,我们进行了小面积感染治疗试验。一、材料与方法试验鱼池8口,规格均为2m~2,深度一致,灌排水方便,池底为水泥底板,选用当年健康草鱼种,体长10—14cm,每池各放15尾,赤皮、肠炎、烂鳃三种病分三批进行试验。菌种采用中科院水生所提供的荧光假单胞杆菌(赤皮菌)、鱼害粘球菌(烂鳃菌)、肠型点状产气单胞杆菌(肠炎菌)菌株。分别用细菌培养基培养,经两次离心洗涤后按MCF氏比浊法取第三管相似浓度的活细菌悬液,对受试鱼种做胸腔或腹腔注射感染。试验组24小
